Token Balance not updated

Closed 1.1.7

The user obtained an Additional Token for his recycler. However, it's not showing in his balance when looking at the GUI.

Correct. The user had 2 tokens and redeemed 1.

If i grab an example of the PersonalReycler, it shows everything it needs.

"STEAMID": {
      "name": "[FBI] Noize",
      "available_recyclers": 1,
      "recycler_ids": [],
      "stored_recyclers": []
    },

But if i look into the file of VIPtoken, there is nothing else than pentiy......... and i think that i made a booboo here. i just noticed the "stored_recyclers". I presume that's for VIPtoken to show if there is one stored or not?

PersonalRecycler is separate from VIPTokens. If you redeem a token it will add a recycler to the data file that can be redeemed with a command.

Allright.

After double-checking back with the guy that reported this, he still says that there is nothing to see on the UI, but he still does have the ability to claim a recycler.

I wouyld suggest that the tokens were redeemed for the recycler balance. When a recycler token is consumed, it doesn't create a recycler, it adds an additional recycler to the players recycler balance, allowing them to run the redeemrecycler command in order to claim it.

When a user wins something or buys something with a certain ingame currency, it will allow them to buy a token for the recycler. Once they buy it, they get a token in their inventory.

Redeeming the token uses the token.

User A has 2 tokens, redeems 1. Where is that last token? 😅 I give everyone 1 Recycler after every wipe so it technically should show that there is 1 token that a user could redeem.
