Mini copter wont take off when on monuments/buildings.

Any time I spawn a mini on top of monuments or buildings the copter refuses to take off. For example if I spawn a mini on top of dome it does the take off and start up sounds but never lifts off. Using Carbon btw.

Is this happening only with the dome ? I've tested with Oilring and it's not happening.
