Actually from TheEye but they put it in a report

I wanted to know......That since his Command is the same as "MyMiniCopter's" Command. When I say "NO" to the part in the json file about Spawning the MiniCopter? Is it going to affect the "MyMiniCopter" settings/plugin. And are these Helicopters supposed to be "Locked" to the "Owner"? And what about "Decay"??? Are there "Built in Protections for them once you have spawned one?

  In "MyMiniCopter". I can do that. Plus, there are a few like this one that offer limited changes. Please let me know how to contact this developer, so I may ask my questions.
