Can I leave the user from the clan by user ID?

Since our server provides clan on a regular subscription basis, we want to implement leaving the clan as soon as the subscription ends. To do so, you need a console command to leave the user from the clan by steamID. can be implemented?

clans.manage kick [clanTag] [name/userId] - kicks a member from a clan

Clan tags change frequently, so they cannot be uniquely identified. The command cannot be executed because the clans of the command you mentioned is not an optional argument.

You want a command without specifying clantag?

Exactly.  We need a way to uniquely identify players.
