Twigs are not damageable

Out of raid times one can damage it's own twigs of course and can damage twigs that others placed on your own building what is good.

But it is not possible to destroy twigs someone placed on his own building or just somewhere in the field.

And that is bad cause PVP in the safe time will make no sense this way if players can just build twigs around themselves to have protection.

Twigs should be damageable always by everyone at all times and that is not the case atm.

Also, players are able to build with twigs over compounds of other players to get in and those twigs cannot be destroyed. The players has to place a tc on them to destroy them. That exact scene was reported to me just now.

Please fix this quickly! It breaks the game.
