Even reinstalling doesn't resolve the issue.

Hi. You have problem with ImageLibrary. 
When you wipe your server, if you delete server file like sv.files, then you must delete imagelibrary data file too, because images stored in sv.files and links for this images stored in imagelibrary data, so if you delete only sv.files, image will direct on empty images
