level is currently locked

why is there this message all the time? :

Upgrading to this level is currently locked

For example the base is stone with the Adobe skin. If I want to put the skin brick I automatically get this message.
There are resources in the TC, and everything is true for the skins in the config

Does this appear when you upgrade or reskin? Do you use any other plugin like tiersmode or any construction skin?

This happens when you reskin, like in my example. I only use the BGrade plugin

Having same issue, also have Bgrade plugin and have building skins

I unloaded BGrade and Buildingskins, reloaded bettertc and it let the upgrade go through, so something conflicting

My problem is resolved, it came from incorrect use of the plugin by the players and myself.
We didn't understand that you had to click on the spray can to change the skin...

I reactivated BGrade and building grade.
BGrade because players like to build directly in the material they want and Building grade because you can choose what you want to upgrade.
And I have no problem with your plugin and these two others.

Great to know it has been resolved. I was testing and found no problems on my part. But now I feel calmer. Thanks for the info!

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

I had the same issue, with "Upgrading to this level is currently locked"
 

I didn't think it was a user error, but it was working for some players and not for others. Turned out, as above, that it was a conflict with another plugin, and players who had used the other plugin in the past, had the issue where those who had not didn't. 

the conflicting plugin is "BuildingSkins"
i removed it and bingo, its now working for all.
