Hey, were you able to get this resolved? I saw a few posts up that Skinner wasn't a fully supported plugin, but that you were gonna work with the dev on it personally. Just wanted to make sure before proceeding. Thanks!

I have not the plugin, but I think it can work with my bot. You can open a ticket on my discord server and I will help you with this. 

so i let regual players have a suggestion "channel" and i approve them as a "maybe" then for VIP i have a channel for them were i  approve mostly all unless NSFW ect is there a way to add to have it montior two channels ?

I'm not getting much help in the dev's Discord, so maybe someone here can help me. When I start the bot, it connects to Discord without any issues. When I try to accept or deny a skin requests, I get a message in Discord that says "This interaction failed". There are no errors in the bot console and none in the Rust console. I created a new Discord bot in the developer portal and it still does the same thing.

Any ideas?

I just know when I was doing that, I got the same error and just messed around with adding in different server id's. I think I had them mixed up. After doing so, worked fine. I think the instructions could be much clearer on how to get this setup correctly.
