Restoring purchases on a file you own, including support and update requirements.

Check your file

1. Sign in to the account that owns the file. Co-authors cannot use this action.
2. Choose Check my file below, then select the file from your disabled purchases list.
3. Review its open support requests. Help the customers resolve their outstanding issues; do not close requests just to pass this check.
4. Make sure the file has a published update from within the last 12 months. Updating the listing text or submitting a version that is still awaiting approval does not count.
5. When both checks pass, acknowledge your support responsibilities and choose Enable purchases. Purchases are enabled immediately if the final checks still pass.

Keep support up to date

Purchases can be disabled again if you fail to respond to customer support requests or keep your files updated. Continue responding to requests after purchases are restored.

If the checks do not pass

The page shows what needs attention. Resolve open requests or publish a current release, then choose Check again. Hidden files, missing store products and account restrictions need staff review. If you cannot resolve the issue, continue with a creator support ticket from the check page; the file and check results are included automatically.
