Enable purchases on a disabled file
Purchases disabled on a file you own.
Restore purchases
- Sign in as the file owner and choose Check my file below.
- Select the affected file.
- Resolve its outstanding support requests and make sure it has a published update from the last 12 months.
- Acknowledge your support responsibilities, then choose Enable purchases.
A check did not pass
Follow the message on the page, then choose Check again. A listing edit or an update awaiting approval does not count as a published release. Continue to creator support from that page if you need help.
Keep purchases active
Keep the file updated and respond to customer support requests. Purchases can be disabled again if these responsibilities are not met.
