Apply a code

1. Add the files to your cart.
2. Open Do you have a file coupon code?, enter the code, and choose Apply Coupon.
3. Check the discounted items and total before completing payment.

The code is rejected

• Check that the code belongs to the creator and covers the files in your cart.
• Check its start date, expiry, and usage limits with the creator.
• A monetary discount must be valid for the file’s price and currency.
• Store coupons and file coupons cannot be combined on the same invoice.

Ask the creator to check the code if it still fails. Include the code, affected file, and the error shown.
