Create a discount coupon
Discount codes for your files, with eligibility rules and usage limits.
What to do
- Open My Coupons and choose Add Coupon if your account has access.
- Enter a code or use the code generator. Choose a fixed amount or percentage discount.
- Set the start and end dates, usage limits, eligible groups, and files.
- Save and review the code. Use View Claimed Coupons to check usage and invoice status.
Good to know
Check both the overall usage limit and the per-member limit. A claimed coupon on a pending invoice does not mean that payment has completed.
