What to do

  1. Open the Files Dashboard.
  2. Choose the currency and reporting period before comparing figures.
  3. Use File performance to compare revenue, sales, views, conversion, refunds, ratings, and wishlists. Apply the available category and date filters.
  4. Use Export for the file-performance CSV. Review the payout section and withdrawal history separately from performance totals.

Good to know

Conversion is calculated from recorded sales and views. Dashboard performance figures are not the same as the balance available to withdraw. Use the withdrawal controls and displayed account status when checking a payout.
