Respond to customer price alerts
Customer target prices and potential offers for your files.
What to do
- Open the Files Dashboard and find Price alerts from customers.
- Review the file, member, and requested price.
- Choose Create invoice to prepare an offer at that price.
- Review the invoice before sending it to the customer.
Good to know
Review the customer and price before sending the draft. You can also check how many alerts a price change would reach before changing a file’s price.
