Respond to customer price alerts

Customer target prices and potential offers for your files.

What to do

  1. Open the Files Dashboard and find Price alerts from customers.
  2. Review the file, member, and requested price.
  3. If Create invoice is available, use it to prepare a draft offer at that price.
  4. Review the invoice before sending it to the customer.

Good to know

Creating the draft does not send it automatically. Price-alert insights and the edit-price preview can help show how many watchers a price change would notify; an alert is not a purchase commitment.
