NoDecay doesn't take any action if the majority damage type is not decay, so I don't expect it to have any impact on that.

NextGen has been updated to hopefully fix this. However, not all plugins return true vs. false on some hooks, and the warning is annoying but harmless.

What I meant is that it looks like Oxide/uMod removed the sandbox altogether, making this plugin unnecessary.

It is an annoyance and not a real problem. I don't know why TruePVE would be returning false, but it could be a blank value for ruleset, empty rulesets key, etc., in the config. This only recently came up since DynamicPVP now calls to more than just TruePVE or NextGenPVE.
