the clans issue has been fixed, as for the planter box suggestion. This would make it that the core function of how the plugin works and would potentially hinder performance. I'll note it as a requested feature for future updates

ive reached out to the owner of sky base, it looks like sky base bypasses and uses its own building system so you will have to wait for something on their end.

The config saves when the plugin is unloaded. So if you are editing the json file unload the plugin first. You can disable all the check boxes quickly by doing a search and replace of the json data files -
I can add one in the next update, do you want the UI to display all the time or only near the limit?

Sorry for the delayed response. Ive been super sick the past week. Can you send me your data file data\AdvancedEntityLimit\limits.json? Do you give everyone a limit permission. Currently if they have no perms they will get limited. I can change this being the default option.
