Thank you for resolving the issue with elite crate spawning while using Loot Table. 

Solution, 
had to manually add the custom item with the skin ID, added the custom name {not needed} but it helps determine the difference from F1 Grenade to Semtex.

Reload the plugin to see that it is loaded fully and properly. If the command is not working then perhaps the plugin is not loading properly. When you reload the plugin if it loads then you should be able to use the command.

This plugin is by another developer entirely. You'll want to discuss this under that plugin.

Just wanted to let you know, i got your plugin working. 
found the problem. Skin plugin was overwriting your skin, had to black list the sticks from the skin plugin for it to work. Now the picklocks are spawning in the elite crates but i have yet to resolve the issue with the console command.

I have tried your suggestion, still no positive results. 
 

The other issue i am running into is that, while i have the picklocks in my belt and in hand in front if a codelock, it wont do anything, no message's no nothing, i have tried everything that i could think of but it isnt picking the lock. 

dont know if there is a special key on the keyboard i have to press or anything.

hold down the middle mouse scroll button, works great.

but still cant find a solution to console command.

What an amazing support, had an issue where i could not use the Semtex plugin. 
He figured out that the Loot table that i was using was interfering with his plugin and fix his coding. 
Then we ran into another issue where Xskinmenu was also interfering and he suggested to simply blacklist the F1 grenade. 

Worked like a charm, thank you so much, love the Semtex plugin. 

Future project  allow to stick to players lol.

sorry for the bother, i cant seems to get the bot to attack. nor fly even after enabling both after purchase.  

i cant seem to find the command for sending the bot to attack at an object. 

when getting on a heli, the bot gets bugged on a sitting position, i have to kill it and then respond again to fix it. 

could you please help, really would like to get both working.
