Hi. Most likely, these NPCs have the IsNPC flag set to false and the server thinks they are regular players, not NPCs. Try setting server.pve to false and check again.

Hello, as far as I understand, 'Civil Savage' is a nickname. In this case, the plugin thinks that you want to grant permission 'Savage' to the player 'Civil'. To be safe, you can wrap the nickname in quotes("), like this: /tperm grant user "Civil Savage" skinbox.use 7200 -
