im having trouble changing the config file. no changes were saved.
i had to manually edit the plugin cs to add webhook stuff.
and now i cant add missing plugins - so pretty much the same issue as before, but this time i cant edit the plugin code to add missing plugins.

ive tried to delete the config; unload - make changes and load the plugin while server  is running; changing the config while server was off. all to no avail.
