    There is a server called "Project Lazarus Dayz" that has a custom plugin that allows players to get third person point of view. This is not on any website, but the plugin creator would not sell to me, he did say though that it was easy to make. Would pay for something like this to be made.

    It would be awesome to have more than one button, separated by permissions. So for example, everyone could see the first button, but the second button would require an additional permission in order to see it.
