A flying island under construction.

It can be placed in the air or on the water.

There is an inner part below where construction is also allowed.

The upper foundation of the buildings does not protrude into the lower part.

Do not place at a height above 120, otherwise players will not be able to fly!

It does not require prefab modifiers.
