I had a problem where players were killing my custom Bradley's too easily by piling up C4 and hitting the button when the Brad drove over it. This is a great solution to the problem. And I agree with @ChaoticStryfe, this works very well to help sort out lag issues on very modded servers. I'm running 140+ plugins, and any help to prevent players from lagging the server is very welcome.
 

works great.  allows server owners to limit the amount of c4 being tossed to help with any lag issues.  Great for higher end modded servers.  Dev is great with support as well.
