About Kill Heli Vote
This plugin allows your players to kill all Patrol Helicopters that have spawned, by simply voting in chat!
This is Ideal for servers that are PVE/RP as the players can find it annoying to have the heli around.
I originally made this plugin for my servers, but haven't seen anything similar that was already published. So I figured I would release it here 
Features
- Admins have the ability to bypass the votes and kill all helis straight away!
- Ability to disable and enable the plugin with a simple command! Useful for events that involve helis!
- Configurable voting blacklist, chat commands, announcement intervals, and percentage of votes required!
- Permissions to use the plugin for voting and admin permissions to kill all the helis, bypassing all votes.
