License Agreement for the "InfinityTurretSamSite" Plugin

This License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between [Toshik], hereinafter referred to as the "Licensor", and the user of the InfinityTurretSamSite software, hereinafter referred to as the "Licensee".

1. Subject of the Agreement
   This Agreement grants the Licensee non–exclusive rights to use the InfinityTurretSamSite plugin (hereinafter referred to as the "Product"), subject to compliance with all restrictions and conditions set out in this Agreement.

2. Restrictions
   2.1. The Licensee is prohibited from distributing the Product to third parties, including, but not limited to, resale, exchange or transfer of the Product.
   2.2. The Licensee is prohibited from publishing the Product or its parts on the Internet or any other public networks.
   2.3. The Licensee is prohibited from modifying, decompiling, disassembling or creating derivative works based on the Product.
   2.4. The Licensor reserves the right to cancel this Agreement and the license to use the Product in case of violation by the Licensee of the terms of this Agreement.

3. Withdrawal of support during modification
   The Licensor is not responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Product in case of its modification by the Licensee. The Licensor has the right to refuse support if the Product has been modified.

4. Amendment of the Agreement
   The Licensor reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the Licensee. Continued use of the Product by the Licensee after the changes are made means that the Licensee agrees to the changed terms.

5. The validity period of the license
   The license to use the Product is valid from the moment of purchase by the Licensee until the end of the period of Product support by the Licensor.

6. Final Provisions
6.1. This Agreement is the complete and only agreement between the Licensor and the Licensee regarding the use of the Product and replaces all previous oral and written agreements and obligations.
   6.2. If any provision of this Agreement turns out to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
