Sadly, I had to add a +1 plugin to fix the problem, but it worked as expected. If you can't spawn items, TP, or anything else admin-related, try this fantastic plugin. From now on, it's a must-have.

I've been using it for some weeks on all my servers and changing encryption levels has become a thing of the past. No issues. Great work.
