No, it’s not officially compatible with ItemPerks/LegendaryItemPerks.
You can test it, but AdvancedPerks already includes all major perk features, so those plugins may become unnecessary and it will continue to be expanded whenever new perk ideas come up.

I only want the metal facemask, metal plate torso, roadsign kilt and hazmat suit to generate perks, and no perks for all other clothing items. Do I need to blacklist the entire armor category and then add whitelist entries?
