NPC Vendor Scrap Payout Modifier

Good day,

I'm not sure if one already exists, but I am looking for a plugin that will allow me to restrict how much the vendors at Bandit, Large Barn, and Ranch payout in scrap for various goods.  In other words, i want to be able to control how much scrap the vendor will pay out for something like Orchids, Roses, Sunflowers...etc.

I don't think any of this modification can be done server side through convars, but if anyone has an idea, method or plugin that will help with that, I'd love to hear about it.

Thanks for your response.  I had tried this some time ago but was not successful in changing pricing from the actual NPC vendors, however it's possible that I have overlooked something and will attempt again.
