🔥 RustyFire is looking for a Community & Server Manager

RustyFire is looking for a trustworthy and experienced person who wants to help us grow our Rust community long-term.
We currently run two EU Rust servers:
RustyFire PvE — Vanilla+ / Custom Plugins
RustyFire PvP — 2X / Trio / Customs
We already have the servers, Discord, plugins and infrastructure running. A website is also available if needed.
Our next goal is to turn RustyFire into a strong, active and recognizable Rust community with a consistent playerbase.
What we're looking for
Someone who can help with:
• Improving and organizing our Discord
• Improving both Rust servers and the overall player experience
• Building and maintaining an active playerbase
• Player retention between wipes
• Server advertising and promotion
• Organizing events, giveaways and community activities
• Gathering player feedback and turning it into improvements
• Improving server listings, descriptions and branding
• Helping with our website when useful
• Finding partnerships and promotional opportunities
• Helping develop RustyFire long-term
Most importantly
We're looking for someone we can trust.
This person may eventually receive significant access to our Discord, servers and other RustyFire systems, so we're not looking for someone who simply wants an admin rank.
Previous experience managing or growing a Rust server/community is highly preferred.
If you've worked with another community before, we'd love to see examples and/or references.
This can be a paid position — compensation can be discussed depending on experience and involvement.
