I bought this plugin: https://codefling.com/plugins/item-perks.
I paid using my site balance and $5 from my card. For some reason, the money was charged, but I don’t have access to download it on the site.

Later I noticed that a confirmation email was supposed to be sent, but I no longer have access to that email. I have now changed it to a new one, and I’m not sure what to do next.

Could you please help me?
