My New Server Has the old server ip

Hello guys!

I'm having a problem.

I've recently migrated my server to another host and my old ip shows up in console when i'm starting the server 

IP address from external API: 199.247.17.46

I only uploaded my oxide folder to the new host, I'm not sure where the old ip is stored
