My New Server Has the old server ip

Hello guys!

I'm having a problem.

I've recently migrated my server to another host and my old ip shows up in console when i'm starting the server 

IP address from external API: 199.247.17.46

I only uploaded my oxide folder to the new host, I'm not sure where the old ip is stored

The old IP would be set in your startup batch file. You'll need to change it there.
