This cool item takes one of the 7 valuable clothing slots. Almost nobody will use it most of the time while can add boots/gloves instead.
It it possible to be made very simple plugin  to toggle glowing eyes (/glowingeyes or /glow) on command for yourself WITHOUT actually having the item.

I am sure someone else will like the idea too and if command is permission based also can be setup for VIP's only or whatever else you decide.
