New Team Management GUI with invites team perms

Tree Planter mod that allows players to plant tree's

Functionality:
Replace team invites with Gui, and team leader can give perms to others for what they can do as in build etc, Also Max team count cfg, more into this.

as tree planter states Ability to buy and place tree's
