Hi, can I apply for a refund for the Virtual Furnace plugin? I still haven’t used it since my review. Although it received an update to add the multi-smelt feature, it still doesn’t work. I created a ticket on their Discord to address the issue, but it was closed without a proper response. just a bad experience with the author

I had the same experience with this devs plugin in the past. It was refunded due to no response but i can see it still hasn't been updated after 2 years.
