There was already a plugin here once that I'm looking for, but it's no longer for sale.

I would like such a plugin to be sold on CF again.

Read carefully, I'll say right away, I'm not looking for a person who will make a plugin for me personally, I'm not putting together a team to create a plugin, I'm not gathering a group of people to pay for someone's services to create a plugin. All I ask is that someone make such a plugin and sell it here on CF. Don't write to me with all sorts of stupid suggestions. There are no analogues to this plugin. ClearNights on Umod is not the same at all, it does not do what White Nights could do.

That's all good, but the plugin being unavailable means I cannot tell what it does differently from other plugins. You say there is no analogue, therefore you need to describe what exactly you need it to do. ClearNights just shifts the ingame dates to the full moon. White Nights seems to be altering the weather in some way, and giving a percentage chance of it being a clear night.

There are a LOT of convars that can be altered by a plugin so as to make nights "better" but "better" is a subjective measurement, and not specific enough to code a pluginfrom.

Developing a custom plugin for free so I can sell it later is generally how most of us work, so we're good there. 
But as Friendly just pointed out, way more details need to be communicated.  Your involvement with this (including answering stupid questions) is going to be a minimum requirement for anyone to be slightly interested in this project.

Have you tried messaging the author of this plugin directly? They might get an email notification, log in and possibly resume supporting the plugin.

As shown in the video, this plugin made the night bright without shifting the time of day. It's just a bright night, not like in the daytime, but in the semi-darkness.

It's not clear where you get such questions from. The description of the plugin contains all the information, there is even a video of what the plugin does, and even the name of the plugin speaks for itself. I'm not asking to make a plugin for free so that I can sell it. I ask the developers to make a plugin that they themselves will sell here on CF.

The author of this plugin has not been online for more than a year, I strongly doubt that he can get in touch.

When someone messages me privately, I receive an email notification. They might have such notifications enabled as well. It's up to you to decide.

It's clear what you're asking - you want a dev to work on this.  You'll notice that I used the word "I" as in "..so I can sell it later."  I did not think (or suggest) that YOU wanted to sell it.

The fact that you can't conceive any reason for there being questions by a dev is not relevant.  The only thing relevant is that you need a plugin made, and you also need to inspire someone to dev this for you.  Starting out with a list of demands isn't the best method for inspiration.  The dev will decide if there are any questions.

guessing and speculating can be fun, but it's not the best for accuracy.  I'm not sure how you can doubt (and strongly at that) when you don't have any actual data to base your doubt off of.  Reach out to the developer (which is step #1 before posting here, btw), and let them showcase their response time and professionalism.  Don't assume the worst in people or situations.

I wrote to the developer and I am 100% sure that he will not respond, because he has not been online for more than a year and this is his only plugin that he abandoned a long time ago.

And what do you think motivating a developer means? With money? No, I will not provide such motivation. The idea of creating a plugin that has no analogues is in itself a good motivation. I am not looking for a developer who will be motivated by making a profit. I have left an offer and I expect that the same enthusiast as me will respond to it, for whom the main thing is to create something interesting and unique. And the money for selling the plugin is just gratitude for the time spent and for the subsequent maintenance of the plugin. For the same reasons, I am not offering any amount for the development of a personal plugin. I am generally against personal plugins. I believe that every good plugin should be publicly available and everyone should be able to buy it. Except, of course, for some plugins that create unique game modes on servers that have no analogues. But the plugin that makes the night bright is not like that.

Not logging into this site for over a year does not mean the developer deleted their email address.  Not being active on this site does not mean the developer isn't interested in assisting with new ideas on their existing projects.  In fact, it could be the very trigger that inspires a developer to get back into it.

Money doesn't always equal motivation.  Developers are always working on a project.  They're constantly involved in projects.  It's your job to convince one of them that your project is worthy of putting aside the already existing projects they're already working on.  By motivating a developer, I mean articulating your project in a way that offers a unique challenge, or opportunity for that dev.  Or, it could be that you're being a sort of person that seems exciting to work with.  

So far, I'm not seeing an exciting project, and the project requester is showcasing self-entitlement behaviours, and so for those reasons I'm not interested.  It's possible that I'm in the minority, and countless devs will want to work with you.  Best of luck on your project!

You're talking nonsense here. Absolutely all information is provided in the description of the plugin, there is even a VIDEO of how it worked. Even the name says what the plugin should do. There is more than enough information. What else do you need??? Shall I dance a lambada??? I'm not asking anyone to break away from any projects, these are your speculations. I have already described what I proposed many times, but you keep writing some nonsense.

What kind of project??? What could be exciting about creating a plug-in that performs a single function??? What kind of nonsense are you writing??? I'm not asking you to create a plugin with an invasion of aliens and Vikings who, after a fight, unite to fight the orcs. This is a small plugin that performs a single small function, just makes the night bright and that's it! If I had this function, I would have written the plugin myself a long time ago, but I have no idea where to get this function. If you are not interested in this, then pass by, you should not have started writing all sorts of nonsense here at all. No one is going to order an orchestra and dancers to make writing a plugin exciting for you.
