Wanted : Purge Plugin

Guys, 

 

Wondering if someone would like to make a proper Purge plugin for me? Either paid or free, I don't mind either. Ideally it should have the following : 

 

*Works alongside Next Gen PVE 

*Puts an on-screen notification somewhere unobtrusive the entire time Purge is active, for existing and joining players.

*Automatically turns off at a specific time.

*Has permissions that when assigned, allow anyone with permission to start the Purge.

 

Anymore info needed, just ask.

I have made my own using the TimedExecute plugin and apart from me having to load it manually into the plugins folder when I want to use it, it works flawlessly
