Boombox playing without being held.

Is there a way with existing plugin or can a small plugin be done? I want to hold the boombox, right click to select the radio station then LMB to play it. Then if change the held item radio will continue playing while you shoot, farm, etc. unless you hold the radio again and click the stop button. No commands or etc. Just simple and easy to use.

pretty sure where is no plugin out there which does that
