I have an Israeli server with a 4.0 GHz CPU and I have lag issues when the server has 150-200 players. How can I fix this issue?

E5-2667 v2 => ofc you've 4ghz but it's a bit old your processor...

You have more than enough RAM. Sadly you maybe have a sh*t CPU, and the only way to fix this is to ask the host if they offer better gaming cpus with good single-thread performance or rent a dedicated server with a good CPU, but that's an expensive solution. Also, doing a daily restart might help.
