Error, Failed to call hook.

Been getting this error, haven't seen it happen, but it's in logs.

working on this now.  update broke it

would you mind deleting any data files for puzzlepoints and then reloading it?

I just deleted the data file and reloaded it.
It's a rare error so will check logs for if it happens again later.
