adding oilrig and large oilrig how do i get the EventStart and end

so im having issues with the OnEventStart and end hook i put in OnSmallOilEventStart and OnLargeOilEventStart and same for end how do i get that to work i didnt see any support requests on it or i missed it but it would help others aswell so thought i might aswell ask

i dont have a oilrig plugin as its in normal rust so idk how to get that url 

also how do i add the combat icon so people dont enter safe zone in that time like outpost and bandit i have a town set up so what would i do with that 

The hooks section was created for adding events from other plugins.

ok so how do i get the oilrigs to show up when they online or offline as when i remove the hooks it gives me an error in my console 

Hook must not be empty. Remove this event completely. For this you need a separate plugin that will pass these hooks
