Active players bases being put up as raidable

I have bases going up as abandoned with active players still in them. it looks like one team mate was offline long enough to trigger it but not the others. It seems to only be happening to some players who are also admins at this point, that have the exclude permission due to them helping with building custom builds on the server.

hi, that's how the exclude permission works. it excludes them during the scan so they're ignored and only factors in the others, if any.
