Bases not spawning on map

I am using NextGenPVE, zone manager and  bases do not spawn. I have tried to remove zone manager and I don't see the message saying there are blocked spawning points but still no bases show up.

so I just reloaded and got this again:

[RaidableBases] Allowed spawn points in 0 zones.

[RaidableBases] Blocked spawn points in 0 zones.

rbe debug says I cannot place a base that is not configured

Did I miss something while setting up? it did populate the data file and everything in it

you can type rb.config list

make sure the files are where they belong. such as the base files. they need to go into oxide/data/copypaste (it is important that these folders are all lowercase too)

Thanks, it was the names of the bases that were not configured correctly in the RB data file so it was looking at the default names in the file and not the ones I put in the copy paste folder, once I edited the data file the bases started spawning.
