XP/Skill Tree Compatibility

Was talking to the Skilltree Dev to be able to stop the Loss of XP and use of Skilltree perks in the arena as it's unfair. They stated this:

Developer can add: object STOnLoseXP(BasePlayer player) and return non null if they are at the event. That way he can unsubscribe from the hook while there are no events running.

Changed Fixed In to Next Version

- compatibility with plugin SkillTree

So players are still losing XP when they die on the Arena

than API SkillTree work wrong

I'll let the dev know
