Recycler speed

Before today's update I was using the plugin version  1.31.14 . The fast recycling skill was working as it should, but after today's update it doesn't work, changing the metrics doesn't affect anything 

Most likely, the problem is in the skill itself. Please send the config. I'll check it out

Same issue.  Recycler speed suddenly stopped working.  Can we get a fix?

Changed Fixed In to 1.31.21
