Occurs during upgrade on Staging Oxide version for August Update. Thank you,

Did a little more testing, this is because the Image library is broken with the update, so it disabled building skins. 

[Building Skins] [ImageLibrary] not found! Plugin is disabled!

 

Will have to patch image library first for this plugin to work.
