The only reason I bought this..

The only reason I bought this is i was able to change the spawn time of the airplane drop. vanilla is 50 or 60 minutes if im not mistaken. I would like to change that to 2 hours or 120 minutes. which lines do I need to change and if the values would be 120 in minutes or i need to multiply in seconds? 

This is currently not supported. I will add an option to the config so you can disable the vanilla event and then create a custom event.

My suggestion would be. leave everything as it is and the only thing to change would be airdrop timings. 
leave the vanilla notifications. 

It's more complicated to change the vanilla event settings tbh.

Please test the new version.

Set DisableVanillaEvent to true, AdditionalEvents to true and define your timing settings to be 7200 (120m).

So this are the lines I need to change? 

Settings.AdditionalEvents.Min = 60f * 5;
Settings.AdditionalEvents.Max = 60f * 10;

Do I need to wipe the server?

Bro.. can't make it to work. you need to make a setop by step on how to set this up. make comments above the lines that needs to be changed. do I need to wipe my server?

Dude.. on the json config file not on the source code ! On the config file you will find the sections I’m talking about.

No need to wipe anything, just change out the new version of the plug-in, reload it, change the settings on the config file and reload it again.

Okay brother. I didn't know I had to modify the json file. I added the lines that you have in the description to the json file but I couldn't find the DisableVanillaEvent one. 

Im not trying to be annoying but you need to explain things to me like am a 10 years old please. 

so this is what I did. I downloaded your plugin and drop it inside the plugins folder inside oxide.
the I tried modifing the source code but then you told me I was wrong but indicated me to change those lines in the json config file. I don't know which json file you're talking about. is it oxide.config.json file? and if so I don't see anything related to airdrops. please explain to me step by step on how to use your stuff. Im new to this.
