Hello

1- the hud button Meal appears even if the players have no authorization on the plugin

2- I translated the plugin into my language (FR) but the texts are cut off

The Meals button is to inspect meals that the player has in their inventory. The permissions don't stop players consuming the meals, only accessing the menu to create them.

Regarding the size, try and wrap the language entries in <size=8> </size> tags to decrease the size. There is only a finite amount of room for the text in the menu.
