Crash SIte Marker

Closed 1.2.3 1.2.4

Hi, Just noticed this update, Is the Crash Site Marker not suppose to be where the plane crashed? Currently, it seems to be centred on the Crash Zone Center.

Yes 100% as you can see if I hover the mouse over the site it will say Cargo plane crash site on both of those shopping trolleys, reloading the plugin does nothing as they remain on the map and also these markers only showed up in your last 2 version.

Each event adds another shopping trolley to that marker until I disable the marker with the config, The markers stay there like they are not being destroyed.

Hey, I start the event by calling findTarget and startEvent

I had to restart the server for those markers to be removed from the map.

I've disabled the event marker in the config and then called the event and all is OK now, I will do some more testing later with the event marker enabled again.

I'm wondering if it's because I never restarted the server when coming from 1.2.2 to 1.2.3 to 1.2.4, I just dropped 1.2.3 and 1.2.4 in the plugin directory (which is when the problems started).

It doesn't matter if calling the event with "callcargoplane" or "findTarget / startEvent", I bypass "callcargoplane" because I don't need the admin/entity check you have in there.

I think it was a server side issue because restarting the client did nothing, I had to restart the server for those map markers to be removed, I'm going out for dinner this evening with the family, but when I come back I'll re-enable the event marker setting and test it out again.

I think it was maybe the issue with 1.2.3, I dropped 1.2.4 over 1.2.3 without restarting the server, so I'm guessing whatever the issue was with 1.2.3 must have somehow stayed with the server and 1.2.4 didn't clear it, Anyway I'll report back here later on m8.

Cheers again. 😁
