Destroys External TC

I'm getting reports from Players that while they use the SimpleSymmetry and place external TC's after a short period of time the TC's will break.
 

I dont know why they would break, I know they may think the entire building is 1 TC in witch case removing 1 block and replacing it from the new tc building shoudl solve that.. ie place all the tcs down after you make the structure.  I will look at a better way to tell if the blocks should be a new building or part of the existing
