so on the 4th day if player does not log in other players are able to destroy the base? is this correct? Also what does the "Conversions Before Destroying Base": 1 the number 1 what does that mean?

yes, but it depends how you have it configured

Automated options for this are:
Run Every X Seconds and it shouldn't be below 3600
Run Once On Server Startup is another, and is not needed if above is configured
abandonedbases.attack permission will allow players to hunt for bases and if the lifetime has expired the base will convert when they attack it, otherwise it will show how long is left before the base is abandoned

Conversions Before Destroying Base is exactly as the name implies. the amount of times the base will be converted into an abandoned base before it gets destroyed when the despawn timer expires.

ohh i see I need to change the number 1  "Conversions Before Destroying Base": 1 to something

before it is automatically destroyed. so a player has 3600 to attack this base

no, as  I said it is the number of times the base will be converted. not how long they player has to attack the base. at 1 it will convert once, be raidable, and then despawn after Despawn Timer expires
