Up all issue

i have a player that tried to upgrade there base from adobe to metal, it kept upgrading to wood instead. I reverted his while base to regulars stone to see if the adobe skin was the issue. Now it tells me that i dont have enough resources in my inventory even when i have 10x the amount of resources i need in my inventory.  Any ideas?

Players have been having this same issue on my servers, I have found that the issue are isolated to if the building is skinned or not. here are the videos which you have requested.
